Proudly Canadian and family‑owned, Torcan Lift Equipment manages a fleet of over 2,400 aerial machines and is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and people. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a skilled Senior Road Technician to help us raise the bar.

Your Role On The Road

Respond to on‑site service calls across the Greater Toronto Area (and beyond if required)

Diagnose and repair boom lifts and other aerial equipment (including 45ft+ models)

Troubleshoot complex issues in hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems

Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections at customer locations

Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate repair needs clearly

Uphold safety and compliance standards while working in the field

What You Bring

10+ years of hands‑on experience with aerial lift equipment (Genie, JLG, Skyjack, etc.)

Strong skills in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, mobile service environment

Full set of professional tools

Great communication and customer service skills

Valid G‑class driver’s license and a clean driving record (required)
