Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tasting Menu Chef at Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar Inc. located in Saint John, NB. The Tasting Menu Chef will be responsible for creating and executing innovative and high-quality tasting educational menus with sturgeon and caviar for pre-booked groups up to 40 people, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Preferable experience as a Chef or Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
• Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of different cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to create and present visually appealing and innovative tasting menus
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for food and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
• Knowledge of sturgeon and caviar is a plus
