Responsibilities
- Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls
- Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
- Perform a variety of clerical office support activities ensuring timely adherence to deadlines such as : Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packagesCoordinate building maintenance requestsMaintain visitor key fob accessProcess client credit card paymentsOrder staff business cards and name badgesCoordinate catering requirementsFax / scan documentsReserve meeting rooms & maintain cleanliness of roomsCoordinate various fundraising initiativesCoordinate flower / basket arrangementsProvide administrative support to peers, as required
Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of office experience in a professional working environment
- Ability to handle multiple calls using a switchboard system
- Computer proficiency including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
