What will my impact be?
As an Implementation Assistant , you’ll play a vital supporting role for our Implementation and Customer Success teams. You’ll be responsible for handling the foundational, detail-oriented tasks that make event setups and customer onboarding smooth. This includes data entry, attendee communications, and platform setup tasks.
Your work will ensure that customers and their attendees experience a polished, seamless event process — and that our senior team members can focus on strategy, relationship management, and complex problem-solving.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves and taking on the essential but behind-the-scenes tasks that make our customers’ events successful. This is an entry-level role designed for people looking to break into SaaS, events, or customer success — with opportunities to grow into roles like Customer Success Coordinator or Implementation Specialist as you gain experience.
