Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Process credits;
- Order distribution / dispatch;
- Generating various SAP reports to be reviewed / approved by Customer Service Manager;
- Prepare and send various reports (invoice release, credit requests);
- Send documents to internal or external customers upon request (order confirmations, invoice copies etc);
- Update data in certain SAP transactions;
- Keep track and submit price list approvals (SOX) compliance + costing;
- Prepare costings sheets for quote specialist, upon request;
- Generating Lacey acts, update customer shipping reports
Education :
Highschool diploma
DEP in secretarial program or DEC in office management preferred, or experience in a related field.
Experience :
- Master MS Word and MS Excel
- Ease in navigating and understanding various programs, applications.
- Accounting skills a plus
- Data entry accuracy a must
