Position: Market Research Analyst
• Work from home and work from site both available
• Working Time: Part Time/Full Time
Monday - Friday: $31.50 - $41.25/hour
Saturday - Sunday: $43.22 - $52.35/hour
- $280-$310/day
• Above 22 years old.
• Flexible hour
• Salary with basic and commission based (weekly and daily pay)
• Non experience and experience are welcome.Responsibilities:* Stay Evaluation: Assess and evaluate stays at various Airbnb listings, focusing on cleanliness, amenities, host responsiveness, and overall guest experience.
* Writing Reviews: Craft detailed, objective, and insightful reviews that highlight both the positives and any areas that need improvement. Ensure that your reviews are clear and grammatically correct.
* Rating Properties: Use the Airbnb rating system to provide scores based on your experience, typically covering aspects such as location, cleanliness, communication, check-in process, and value for money.
* Photo Documentation: Take and submit high-quality photos of the property to complement your reviews, showcasing the space, amenities, and any specific issues that were encountered.Requirements:-Must be 22 years old or older
