Join us as a Building Mechanics Technician in one of our offices in Quebec City, Saguenay, Rimouski, Rivière-du-Loup, Baie-Comeau or Sept-Îles.
As a member, you’ll be part of our Building Services team in Eastern Quebec, renowned for its expertise and the quality of its projects.
At the heart of building mechanics projects, you will participate in the design of plans and models, carry out surveys and assist the engineering team in the realization of projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional and hospital sectors.

Responsibilities
- Participate in building mechanical design (plumbing, heating and ventilation)
- Carry out field surveys and plan surveys
- Produce drawings and models using AutoCAD and REVIT software
- Ensure compliance with norms and standards for drawings and models
- Make site visits to carry out surveys or supervise work
- Participate in calculations and equipment searches under the supervision of the project engineer
- Assist in the production of plans and specifications, and process and analyze data.
Qualifications
- College diploma (DEC) in a field related to building mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience
- Good command of AutoCAD and REVIT software
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- ASP Construction card (an asset)
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
