Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise fence construction projects from start to finish.
- Utilize your expertise to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to optimize project efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements :
- 5 Years of experience working in Construction.
- Red Seal certification in Carpentry.
- Proven experience in fence construction, with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
