Work with Loan Operations SMEs to gather, validate, and document business requirements
Analyze current-state ACBS processes for commercial loans and identify gaps, impacts, and dependencies for transition to Capital Markets systems
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria
Support Technology teams by translating operational needs into functional specifications
Participate in solution workshops, process mapping sessions, and design discussions
Assist with system testing, UAT planning, and execution; validate functionality against requirements
Support migration planning for commercial loan portfolios
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, risk, compliance, and operational controls
