Our growing, dynamic, Edmonton-based client is searching for an Insurance Advisor to join their group of motivated and dedicated professionals.
This role is focused on selling life insurance policies and working through the administration of complex policies. If you are motivated to grow your career with an organization in their early stages and a strong framework, this role is for you.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To :
- Conduct regular and targeted meetings with customers to gain an in-depth understanding of their unique financial and insurance needs in order to advise on financial planning and to promote the features and benefits of investment and insurance products.
- Assist customers with purchasing life insurance policies and provide administrative support on complex policies.
- Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email.
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Network with high-net-worth individuals.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Other duties required as per the management team.
Your strengths include :
- 3-5 years of experience selling and managing life insurance policies.
- Have your Life Insurance License and have passed the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) exam.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
