- 2+ years of claims adjustor or customer service experience required
- Bilingual - French and English
- Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join one of the top banks in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This individual will be responsible for handling and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. They will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, while actively listening to understand and address client concerns.
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the needs and expectations of both internal and external clients are met or exceeded is a must have to be successful in this role.
There is ample opportunity for growth and development and to build a long-term career at the company. This role requires individuals to be on-site 2-3x / week in the Dartmouth office.
