Wild Wing at Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Cashier.

This position is currently vacant.

Rate of Pay: $17.60-$17.80/ hour

Our cashiers are outgoing, positive and team orientated. In a fast paced and busy environment, they provide prompt, courteous and accurate service in order to exceed guest expectations.

• Handle payments and gratuities, make change, and process all transactions through SQUIRREL system accurately
• Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu, beverages and current promotions
• Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)
• Maintain, set and clear tables as required (location dependent)
• Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, (or equivalent) required

• Previous customer service experience (food & beverage experience preferred)
• Outgoing, positive and team orientated
• Fast and accurate handling of payments and gratuities through a POS system (SQUIRREL preferred)
• Working and accurate knowledge of basic math
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
