Summary :

The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team. This is a leadership position suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and is passionate about team development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Salary + Comm

Main Responsibilities Include :

• Lead all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
• Set and achieve sales targets while controlling store expenses.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain showroom standards in collaboration with operations, marketing, and product teams.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to implement strategic initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.
• Ensure all procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate staffing needs and support recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Partner with head office two days per month to identify and implement store improvements.
• Ensure store merchandising aligns with promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain a strong customer-first culture while resolving issues professionally.
