Summary :
The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Salary + Comm
Main Responsibilities Include :
- Lead all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Set and achieve sales targets while controlling store expenses.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain showroom standards in collaboration with operations, marketing, and product teams.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to implement strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.
- Ensure all procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate staffing needs and support recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Partner with head office two days per month to identify and implement store improvements.
- Ensure store merchandising aligns with promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a strong customer-first culture while resolving issues professionally.
Requirements :
Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential5+ years of experience in store or retail managementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferredStrong leadership skills with experience in coaching, training, and performance managementSolid understanding of retail operations, sales processes, inventory, and merchandisingExcellent organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systemsKnowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards
