Purpose of the Position :

This position was created for a self-motivated, energetic and organized person to work with the Sales Team to cover Ontario and customers across Canada. This new role will be accountable to help the Sales Team achieve their goals as well as Inventory control on various products.  This role will also include a customer service and repair aspect to enhance customer loyalty and down time.

Major Responsibilities :

  • To be mechanically and electrically inclined to work on body shop equipment.
  • Preparing products to be inspected by CSA.
  • Inventory control for all Product Lines.
  • Logistics for the company – responsible for Shipping and Receiving of products (Purolator).
  • Inside Sales – consumable products.
  • Troubleshooting and repairs of customer products

Requirements of the Position :

  • Strong skills in organizing and detail-oriented personality.
  • Good mechanical and electrical skills to work on equipment.
  • Proven track record for being dependable and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and a good work ethic.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and move heavy equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company.
  • Computer skills (databases, MS Office, Excel, data entry)
  • Ability to plan and implement strategies with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent human relation skills and an ability to work with individuals from many technical backgrounds.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean record.
  • Minimum experience – can be trained on the job.
  • Behavioural Skills :

  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, track customer interactions, and follow through on customer inquiries or issues.
  • Ability to plan and implement with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Sound technical and detail orientation
  • Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Perks of the Position :

  • Probation Period will be three (3) months from the start date.
  • Company vehicle to commute to job sites with a gas card.
  • Maintenance costs are covered for the company vehicle.
  • Benefits offered after 6 months at a 50 / 50 split with the company.
  • Single or Family coverage (Optional to Decline).
  • Vacation set at 2 weeks per year to start.
  • Expenses are covered while travelling for rooms, airfare and per diem.
