Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this growing and entrepreneurial driving Commercial and Industrial Roofing systems contractor in their efforts to add a Senior Project Manager to their organization.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee roofing and construction projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, meeting project milestones, and supporting overall departmental objectives.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the preparation of all reports, managing logistics, and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as this role serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution. In addition to operational duties, this role will also contribute to strategic initiatives such as manpower planning, process improvement, and long-term company planning. The Senior Project Manager is expected to provide market insights, evaluate opportunities for greater efficiency, and foster strong client relationships that encourage repeat business.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager who has gained both Industry and Technical knowledge from working within Commercial & Industrial flat or low-grade roofing environments.
