About the role
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and business-minded Insights Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights team. This is an entry-level role designed for recent business graduates who are excited about exploring how technology and strategy come together to transform industries such as retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing .
You’ll research the latest trends shaping digital transformation, help our teams prepare for client projects, and contribute to insight publications that guide strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who loves learning about different industries, analyzing data, and turning information into clear, actionable insights.
What you'll do
1. Research and Trend Monitoring
Research emerging trends in digital transformation, retail / e-commerce, and manufacturingTrack innovations in technology, customer experience, and business modelsSummarize findings into short, digestible briefs that inform internal and client discussions2. Support Insight Publishing
Help develop thought leadership content , including articles, newsletters, and industry reportsOrganize and update the team’s insight database with key data points, case studies, and industry examplesAssist in creating visuals, summaries, and presentation slides for internal and external use3. Support Client Projects
Conduct background research on client industries, competitors, and market trendsHelp consultants prepare insight decks, benchmark summaries, or opportunity scans for client workshopsProvide quick‑turnaround analyses to support project planning and strategic recommendations4. Knowledge Sharing
Capture insights from internal projects and organize them into templates or frameworksContribute to internal presentations that showcase cross-industry learningsWho you are
Recent graduate with a BBA, BCom, or related business degreeNaturally curious about how technology, strategy, and business models evolveStrong analytical and writing skills; able to summarize complex topics clearlyComfortable with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint or Slides)Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at onceCollaborative mindset — you enjoy working with consultants, strategists, and marketing teamsNice-to-Have (but not required)
