Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, particularly in sourcing and procurement, and extensive experience in contract management.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other third parties.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide contract-related guidance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents and correspondence.
- Resolve any contractual disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide training and support to team members on contract management best practices.
Qualifications :
- Law degree is preferred.
- 8-10+ years of experience in contract management.
- Strong background in sourcing and procurement.
- Excellent understanding of contract law and regulations.
- Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
