Customer Service Rep- Call Centre- $17.00 per hour

What will you be doing?

Call centre to support the online orders for clothing client

Taking phone calls, email or online chat

Assisting clients with issues on online orders, assisting with ordering etc.

What do you bring?

Excel at Written and Verbal Communication

Charismatic and outgoing personality with pleasant phone etiquette

6 Months of proven customer service experience at a Contact Center

Ability to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Strong active listening skills, with the ability to clarify information and diffuse situations as needed

Excellent judgment and decision-making skills

Analytical / problem solving skills

Comfortable with product consultation, upselling, and product recommendations.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics
