Customer Service Rep- Call Centre- $17.00 per hour

What will you be doing?

  • Call centre to support the online orders for clothing client
  • Taking phone calls, email or online chat
  • Assisting clients with issues on online orders, assisting with ordering etc.
  • What do you bring?

  • Excel at Written and Verbal Communication
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality with pleasant phone etiquette
  • 6 Months of proven customer service experience at a Contact Center
  • Ability to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to clarify information and diffuse situations as needed
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Analytical / problem solving skills
  • Comfortable with product consultation, upselling, and product recommendations.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics
