Archer Development Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Archer Development Lead to drive the end-to-end development, configuration, and enhancement of RSA Archer solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Archer development with leadership capabilities to guide a team and deliver scalable GRC solutions aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and configuration of RSA Archer applications, including solution design, data integrations, and workflow automation.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

• Oversee and mentor a team of Archer developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to align Archer solutions with regulatory frameworks and organizational policies.

• Design and maintain documentation such as solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Archer platform.

• Stay current with RSA Archer updates, patches, and platform enhancements.

• Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of GRC data within Archer.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RSA Archer development and administration.

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.

• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST.

• Experience with Archer Data Feeds, API integrations, and advanced workflow configurations.

• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and related technologies.
