About the opportunity :

We’re looking for a Senior NPI Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of visual technology. You’ll have these opportunities to :

• Operate at the intersection of engineering innovation and global supply chain strategy;
• Lead supplier partnerships that directly impact Christie’s next-generation products, and
• Contribute to an organization that powers iconic entertainment venues, global enterprises, and mission‑critical installations.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sourcing strategy and supplier readiness for new product development and launches across Christie’s advanced product lines. You will be a key partner to Engineering, Operations, and our Commodity Management team in Shenzhen, ensuring supplier capabilities align with Christie’s technical, cost, and innovation requirements. This is a hands‑on, strategic role that requires both deep sourcing expertise and the ability to integrate seamlessly with engineering teams to deliver competitive, manufacturable, and innovative products.
