Location : Pointe-Claire Hospital, Pointe-Claire, Canada

Shift : Overnight (23 : 00 - 07 : 00)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Pointe-Claire Hospital is seeking a dedicated Class 2 Administrative Assistant to join our team for the overnight shift.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our hospital during the nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to various departments within the hospital.

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.

Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.

Coordinate scheduling and appointments as needed.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Bilingual in English and French)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
