Senior Project Manager (Hybrid)
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing new product development projects from initial concept through stability in volume production. This role also leads sustaining product and process development initiatives within a regulated technology environment. You will partner cross-functionally across engineering, QA, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Lead assigned new product development projects from requirements definition through volume stability
- Develop bottom-up project schedules in collaboration with functional teams and ensure resource alignment
- Manage project milestones, proactively resolve issues, and ensure stakeholders remain informed of timelines and risks
- Act as project leader by facilitating meetings, setting agendas, tracking action items, and driving accountability
- Partner with QA to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to Sonova’s gate review process
- Provide regular project status updates to the Director, highlighting risks, mitigation strategies, and recommendations
- Support IP analysis and perform additional project-related duties as required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Software, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered5+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environmentExperience working within a regulated product development lifecycleStrong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical conceptsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsKnowledge of project management methodologies and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsDon't meet all the criteria?
