Assistant Project Manager
MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Project Coordinator in Kelowna, BC. Our client specializes in the construction of multi-family residences and townhomes throughout Western Canada.
Responsibilities
- Project Administration :
- Assist in drafting project proposals, RFPs, and budgets.
- Coordinate contract execution and issue LOIs and purchase orders.
- Attend meetings, distribute minutes, and review field inspection reports.
- Document Control and Reporting :
- Manage site documents and assist with progress reporting.
- Process invoices, track purchases, and review timecards for accuracy.
- Health and Safety Coordination :
- Assist with orientation and supervise on-site safety activities.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct incident reporting and safety meetings.
- Administrative Support :
- Coordinate progress reviews and change orders.
- Manage meeting minutes and assist with closeout documentation.
- Handle communications with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficient in multi-family wood frame construction
- Skilled in interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possession of a valid driver's license
