This position is open to all qualified OPSEU staff throughout Lakeridge Health commencing 23 December 2025 and closing at 11 : 59 pm on 2 January 2026.
Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging and the Corporate Charge Technologist, the MRI Registered Technologist performs all MRI procedures and assists the radiologist with specialized procedures according to the standards of practice. The Technologist is responsible for assessing, planning implementation and evaluating patient care and practice activities in a multidisciplinary care environment. They are responsible for ensuring proper MR safety, patient preparation and screening, patient information registry and report preparation in PACS and digital EMR, equipment maintenance, ensuring high quality image acquisition, collaborating on training and education and other duties as relevant.
