Our client is expanding rapidly and looking for a Business Development / Sales Representative for their office located in Montreal.

They are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, result-driven, and experienced business development manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

This job requires a high level of responsibility and leadership to generate strategic sales growth initiatives.

Roles And Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Build direct customer relations with industry contacts and various sales methods.
  • Identify referral opportunities, establish contacts, and follow up with the customers by coordinating meetings with them.
  • Build strong relationships with the client to understand their shipping needs and offer tailored solutions to them.
  • Conduct daily outbound outreach via email, phone, and social drips using sales engagement software to connect with new prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Acquire relevant business information which will be used to generate both effective pricing solutions and service solutions for new prospects.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a business-to-business sales role.
  • 2-3 years experience in the freight brokerage environment.
  • Excellent Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of load boards.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Notre entreprise est en pleine expansion et recherche un représentant en développement des affaires / ventes pour son bureau situé à Montréal.

Ils recherchent un responsable du développement commercial très motivé, dynamique, axé sur les résultats et expérimenté pour rejoindre leur équipe.

Le candidat idéal possédera une expérience avérée en vente dans le secteur du transport de fret ou de la logistique.

Ce travail nécessite un haut niveau de responsabilité et de leadership pour générer des initiatives stratégiques de croissance des ventes.

Rôles et responsabilités :

  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans de vente stratégiques pour cibler et acquérir de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Établir des relations clients directes avec des contacts de l'industrie et diverses méthodes de vente.
  • Identifier les opportunités de référence, établir des contacts et effectuer le suivi auprès des clients en coordonnant les réunions avec eux.
  • Établir des relations solides avec le client pour comprendre ses besoins en matière d'expédition et lui proposer des solutions sur mesure.
  • Effectuer une sensibilisation sortante quotidienne par e-mail, téléphone et réseaux sociaux à l'aide d'un logiciel d'engagement commercial pour vous connecter avec de nouveaux prospects.
  • Tenir des registres précis des activités de vente.
  • Acquérir des informations commerciales pertinentes qui seront utilisées pour générer à la fois des solutions de tarification efficaces et des solutions de services pour les nouveaux prospects.
  • Stimuler la croissance des revenus en atteignant les objectifs de vente et les mesures de performance fixées par la direction.

EXIGENCES :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de vente interentreprises.
  • 2-3 ans d'expérience dans le milieu du courtage de fret.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Bonne connaissance des tableaux de chargement.
  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle et en dépannage.
  • Baccalauréat ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
