ESTIMATOR CONSTRUCTION (Winnipeg, Manitoba Workplace Type : Hybrid)

As an Estimator , you’ll play a key role in driving the success of projects ranging from $1 million to $70 million. You’ll be responsible for preparing bids, overseeing preconstruction tasks, and contributing your expertise to high-impact construction builds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Determine project scope and contribute to preconstruction meetings to determining bid strategies
- Put together cost estimates and collect quotes from contractors and suppliers
- Develop multiple alternate project plans and schedules
- Contribute to the set-up of a construction process after the bid is secured
- Prepare budgets from preconstruction design information
QUALITIES THAT OUR CLIENT WOULD CONSIDER :
- 5+ years of ICI construction experience
- Post-secondary education in construction management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven attention to detail
