ESTIMATOR – CONSTRUCTION (Winnipeg, Manitoba | Workplace Type : Hybrid)

As an Estimator , you’ll play a key role in driving the success of projects ranging from $1 million to $70 million. You’ll be responsible for preparing bids, overseeing preconstruction tasks, and contributing your expertise to high-impact construction builds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Determine project scope and contribute to preconstruction meetings to determining bid strategies
  • Put together cost estimates and collect quotes from contractors and suppliers
  • Develop multiple alternate project plans and schedules
  • Contribute to the set-up of a construction process after the bid is secured
  • Prepare budgets from preconstruction design information
  • QUALITIES THAT OUR CLIENT WOULD CONSIDER :

  • 5+ years of ICI construction experience
  • Post-secondary education in construction management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
