As an Estimator , you’ll play a key role in driving the success of projects ranging from $1 million to $70 million. You’ll be responsible for preparing bids, overseeing preconstruction tasks, and contributing your expertise to high-impact construction builds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Determine project scope and contribute to preconstruction meetings to determining bid strategies

Put together cost estimates and collect quotes from contractors and suppliers

Develop multiple alternate project plans and schedules

Contribute to the set-up of a construction process after the bid is secured

Prepare budgets from preconstruction design information

QUALITIES THAT OUR CLIENT WOULD CONSIDER :

5+ years of ICI construction experience

Post-secondary education in construction management

Excellent communication skills

Proven attention to detail
