DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct thorough reviews of specifications and drawings.
• Develop material take-offs, which entails obtaining pricing from supplier, participate in the development of project schedule and execution plan.
• Coordinate price packages with suppliers, subcontractors, owners, designers and architects.
• Review estimates with the Project Managers.
• Attend site visits, reviewing and critically analyzing tender documents for unclear technical items.
• Prepare proposals by organizing all material, equipment, labor, and subcontract costs needed to complete the project.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments to assist with building quotes.
• Track all bids, proposals and regularly communicate with Project Managers and other colleagues as needed.
• May assist with business development or new customer generation.
• Attend kick off meetings.
• Maintain and analyze reports.
