Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive business value and value realization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience consolidating complex data sets and building dashboard and scorecards to visualize portfolio status and performance.

Responsibilities :

• Gather and consolidate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets and external systems
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular validation and cleansing processes
• Maintain and update data documentation, including data dictionaries and metadata.
• Perform statistic analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Create and interpret data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to present findings
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing data insights and recommendation
• Provide actionable insights to improve business processes, performance, and strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and requirements
• Communicate complex data concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to data workflows and tools

Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, computer Science or related fields. A master’s degree or PMP / PMI certification is a plus.

Experience :

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record in an analytical role.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working technology or related field
• 3+ years of excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and language (e.g., SQL, Python, R) preferred.
