What you’ll do
- Manage and lead environmental programs and activities to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders and environmental regulators.
- Ensure we are operating in compliance with environmental regulations by contributing to, coordinating, and carrying out environmental programs and activities, executing procedures for collection and collation of environmental controls and monitoring the operations.
- Act as an environmental subject matter expert for projects ensuring the compliance with environmental regulations.
- Ensure all environmental reporting is performed, as required by the City of Regina, Environment Canada, and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment.

The Team : You will work closely with the HSSE team. This teams strive to cultivate a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and safety.
The Collaborators : You will work closely with other functions such as Legal, Government Relations, Communications, Process Operations, Technical Services, and Product Supply.

Who you are :
You are looking for a career in Health Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) and :
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Membership in the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) with a Professional Engineer designation.
- Have 5+ years of experience in environmental management, and regulatory & compliance experience.
