The Senior Manager, GO PMO is responsible for leading the financial plan and governance of the Global Operations’ strategic investment spend.
Key responsibilities include :
- Facilitate and support the development and approval of business cases as well as post-implementation reviews, by working closely with GO stakeholders.
- Lead the business case review and challenge by working closely with EBI Finance, Governance Stakeholders & GO Finance to ensure project cost and benefits are properly represented and align with GO Strategic objectives.
- Focus on improving project forecast accuracy to ensure the SIP envelope utilization is fully optimized; Work with partners such as EPMO, Productivity and Finance on monthly reporting.
- Maintain processes to meet / exceed all project governance standards as developed by the Divisional and Executive Project Management Offices and audit.
- Monitor GO initiatives and ensure the effective use of the enterprise standard tools and adherence to EPMO project standards by all GO project functions.
- Provide monthly data-driven portfolio reporting & dashboards including project health, status, risks, issues, benefits, etc.
to provide transparency around project execution and support decision-making.
- Continuously challenge existing processes and standards within and outside the team.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests as required.
