Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering, the Senior Field Solutions Engineer (FSE) is a technical industry expert who drives software growth by developing technical and operational relationships with customers to support their adoption of Miovision's solutions. The Senior FSE will integrate into the daily operations of agencies, supporting complex proof of concepts and ongoing initiatives to maximize product value and adoption. This role is specifically assigned to the Focus account segment, targeting the top 20 major North American cities. Within these accounts, this role focuses on expanding beyond the immediately available applications to provide a level of solutions architecture development with the agency. This expert will integrate with and influence the product roadmap by working closely with the product leaders to support large deal acceleration and smart city integrations.

Key Accountabilities

This role is split across two key account segments : Direct Account Support (Focus Accounts) and Regional Focus Accounts.

Direct Account Support

• You will support a city-wide scope, working across key services like Traffic, Transit, Fire, Police, and adjacent services like snow plow and mobility teams. There is a focus on building a cohesive integrated city architecture.

Technical consultancy and supporting the sales process

Solution scoping and design

Pilots and product demonstrations

Product approval and specification process

Complex issue resolution and customer advocacy
