The mission of the Business Support Solution Delivery department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable Business Support technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.

Aritzia is growing, and the People Technology team in our Business Support Solution Delivery department is growing with it.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving People technology solutions.

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and Aritzia's People & Culture Division, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of workforce planning & scheduling technologies.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, Workforce Planning & Scheduling you will :

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of People technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for People technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, Workforce Planning & Scheduling has :

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and / or applicable certifications in :
• Workday and other Human Resource Management Systems, Payroll, Workforce Planning, ERP, Financial Reporting, and Business Intelligence systems
• Industry specific human resource process and technology challenges or automation projects
• Working with internal and external development teams
• Requirements gathering and turning them into solution designs
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
