Adecco is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Toronto, ON for a temporary role with potential to become permanent. This position pays $23 / hour and offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the Retail & E-commerce industry. You'll support customers across phone, chat, email, and social media-resolving inquiries, providing empathetic service, and turning challenges into positive experiences. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and experience with tools like Zendesk or Glady are key to success in this role.
Pay rate : $23 / hour.
Location : Toronto, ON
Shifts : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm

Deliver best-in-class service in a fast-paced start-up environment
Assist customers virtually across all channels
Multi-task and find information while communicating with customers
Proactively identify solutions and anticipate customer needs
Turn negative experiences into positive ones
Maintain performance metrics (CSAT, retention, efficiency, response time) Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Associate degree or higher
2+ years of experience with web-based tools and customer service / support
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Experience with customer service software (Zendesk, Glady - bonus!)
Available to work weekends and key holidays (especially November & December)
