Location: Calgary, AB

Red Arrow is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our north Calgary ticket office. This is a part-time position working between 20 - 30 hours per week. Schedules include both opening and closing shifts with weekend availability required. Hours range from 5:15 am to 7:00 pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

• Previous customer service experience
• Open availability required

• Ability to work well with others
• Superior problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
• Friendly, service-oriented personality
• Reliable transportation preferred as some shifts start early
