Are you a passionate, dynamic Inside Sales Representative driven by exceeding targets?
My client, a leading B2B distribution company in Montreal, is looking to expand its sales team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a central role in portfolio management, technical advising, and business development across a diverse client base.
This exciting role based in Anjou offers a perfect balance between account reactivation, sales support, and strategic prospecting in a stimulating hybrid work environment.
Location: Anjou, Montreal East
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $52k – $57k + commissions
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Responsibilities
Manage, advise, and grow an assigned portfolio of B2B client accounts.
Perform outbound calls (approx. 30% of the time) to reactivate inactive accounts and support seasonal campaigns.
Respond to incoming inquiries, prepare price quotes, and ensure accurate order entry in SAP.
Work closely with outside sales, customer service, procurement, and logistics teams.
Occasionally travel to field locations to participate in specialized equipment demonstrations for clients.
Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within distribution or the sanitary and cleaning products sector.
Strong comfort level with outbound calling and telephone follow-ups.
Functional to professional bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to communicate regularly with clients located outside Quebec.
