We are recruiting a System Administrator to support the growth of a key player in technology services where innovation is at the heart of every project. As a cornerstone of our data centers, you won't just maintain existing systems: you will shape customized solutions for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities
Administer physical servers, storage (SAN), and advanced networking.
Ensure high availability of services and performance of virtualized environments (VMware).
Ensure the security, integrity, and continuity of backups (Veeam).
Diagnose and resolve critical incidents using a root cause analysis approach.
Act as a technical expert during needs analysis and the design of innovative solutions.
Complete thorough documentation of installations and procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Actively participate in technological improvements (automation, cloud, etc.).
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration, ideally in a multi-tenant or data center environment.
Expert in VMware environments and the Windows ecosystem. Proficient with Hyper-V and Proxmox environments.
Strong skills in TCP, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN routing, and ideally BGP.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/M365), Intune, or automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) will be considered a significant asset.
