Position Summary : Are you ready to make an impact and grow with a results-driven team? We are looking for a passionate Communications Specialist to join us. In this role you will help shape both internal and external communications, crafting compelling content and managing communication strategy. This position may be a good fit if you have a keen eye for detail, are a strong writer, and have experience managing communication projects. Technical writing experience is considered an asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the creation and implementation of communication strategies, including personalized campaigns aligned with corporate goals.
- Develop and write content for digital platforms, including websites, email marketing , and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various communication initiatives and consult with business units to identify communication needs and recommend solutions.
- Manage website content and create digital campaigns that are rich in text, images, and videos.
- Write and edit creative copy for a range of media, including intranets, promotional collateral, and presentations, ensuring alignment with accessibility standards (e.g., AODA).
- Provide expertise in web content management, usability, and information architecture to enhance the user experience.
- Monitor and report on intranet analytics, summarizing key insights to guide future strategy.
- Support events by assisting with planning, communications, and execution when needed.
- Support issue resolution and change management activities.
