Your Impact

  • Manage multi‑disciplinary mining and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and HSSE resources to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
  • Lead proposal development and client presentations to secure new opportunities.
  • Apply best‑in‑class project management tools and practices to optimize performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (B.Sc., B.A.Sc., C.E.T.) and 8+ years of experience in engineering or project management, including consulting.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer or Technologist (or eligibility for licensure across provinces).
  • Proven expertise in project financial tracking, change management, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel for planning and analysis.
  • Mining and / or construction experience is an asset; PMP certification highly desirable.
  • Ready to Shape the Future?

Take the next step in your career and join us in redefining what’s possible. Apply today and let’s create lasting change together!

  • We value and uphold a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Flexible work options to support balance in your life.
  • A Canadian success story with global reach—your ideas matter here.
  • Comprehensive benefits, wellness programs, and career growth opportunities.
