JSSA Hospice has an immediate opening for a qualified RN to work part-time as a Team Leader to support a weekend team. Must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 : 00am until 7 : 00pm. This position will work in a hybrid environment, both remote and onsite as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Provides support to the weekend Supervisor in coordinating clinical activities.
• Is responsible for triaging incoming calls, helping with intake calls, and identifying and coordinating patient / family needs.
• Serves as a resource to the weekend team to provide support and guidance with the care of terminally ill patient / family units.
• Performs competencies with field nurses as assigned by the weekend supervisor.
