Are you a Project Coordinator with It experience and Familiarity with data center infrastructure and migration processes? Our large Alberta-based financial client is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 14 month contract.
Client : Financial Services
Duration : 14 months
Location : Remote
Pay Rate : Negotiable

Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Track and manage project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Proactively identify and escalate potential risks and issues to the Project Manager.
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project methodologies.
Testing Support :
Assist in the development and execution of test plans for migrated systems and applications.
Coordinate testing resources and schedules.
Document test results and report any issues or defects.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve testing issues.
Administrative Support :
Manage project-related procurement requests and track orders.
Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within an IT environment.
Familiarity with data center infrastructure and migration processes.
Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
