About the Position :

The Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Marketing team, responsible for advancing each brand experience through online and offline marketing. This position ensures that signage, marketing campaigns, sales centers, events, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect the company brand.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Research, plan and execute marketing campaigns, signage, promotional products, marketing collateral, etc.
  • Plan, maintain, coordinate and execute new / closing showhomes with multiple internal and external vendors.
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message.
  • Copywriting and proofreading all marketing materials to ensure accurate information and brand consistency.
  • Independently assist in coordinating marketing and corporate events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries and ordering marketing collateral, and more.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and other departments within the organization to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends to help apply ideas to all strategic marketing needs.
  • Communicate showhome openings, events, and deliverables to our sales and construction teams
  • Train and support other marketing team members
  • Admin duties such as creating purchase orders, tracking purchase orders, credit card reconciling, invoicing.
  • Qualifications :

  • Completed post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related academic field of study comparable to Canadian academic standards preferred.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in marketing.
  • Beginning knowledge of and willingness to learn various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.
  • A valid class five (5) driver’s license and personal reliable transportation is required.
  • Criminal Records Check to the company’s satisfaction is required.
  • A clean drivers abstract is required for the operation of company vehicles on public roadways.
  • Manual dexterity is required to work with computers and peripherals.
  • Work is performed at head office. Some onsite visits to showhomes may be required.  Remote or Hybrid work not available.
  • Working nights and weekends to assist during events as required
