Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to care aides.
  • Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in British Columbia.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
