West Fraser offers a range of exciting career opportunities for individuals seeking challenging and rewarding careers. Our Information Technology group in Quesnel, BC is currently recruiting for an Application Systems Administrator, ERP.

You'll Do :

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot technical issues with Oracle JDE application
• Perform patching, cloning, migration, and upgrades of Oracle JDE environments
• Provides technical support and guidance to end-users, and other IT resources
• Monitor system performance, define baselines and benchmarks for Oracle JDE environment
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for business needs
• Collaborate on definition of standards and contribute to the overall architecture roadmap
• Coordinate environment configuration activities to ensure integration and alignment with other internal and external IT technology, processes, systems, applications, and environments
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps related to Oracle JDE.
• Implement best practices, ensure data security and integrity for Oracle JDE
• Stay updated on Oracle technologies and recommend improvements to the JDE environment.
