The ETS Administrator is responsible for providing Tier 2-3 support for all PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices at UniFirst Canada. The ETS Administrator will support applications on these devices and troubleshoot issues to resolve them.

The ETS Administrator will manage over 10,000 endpoints across UniFirst Canada, including desktop OS devices, Android mobile devices, and network shared printers. The role requires delivering strong customer service while diagnosing and repairing hardware and application issues on these devices. A strong background with mobile devices and the Android Operating System is essential.

Responsibilities :

• Provide Tier 2-3 support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Support Office 365 applications.
• Manage the lifecycle and replacement of endpoint hardware.
• Administer endpoints using MDM tools such as VMware’s Workspace ONE or equivalent.
• Offer internal customer support by remotely diagnosing issues.
• Support printer management and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on all endpoints.
• Maintain device images and manage endpoint inventory.
• Travel to UniFirst locations across North America to upgrade equipment (25% to 50% travel, 1-2 weeks per month).
