En tant qu'assistant gérant(e) de restaurant, vous êtes un modèle enthousiaste et vous motivez les membres de votre équipe à offrir un service exceptionnel à chaque client, à chaque fois. Vous établissez des relations positives avec une équipe composée de membres diversifiés. Vous êtes chef(fe) d'équipe passionné(e) et vous croyez en l'importance de la formation de l'équipe pour assurer des normes élevées de service à la clientèle, de qualité et de propreté. Grâce à votre connaissance de l'industrie de la restauration rapide, vous êtes fier(-ière) de soutenir le/la propriétaire dans les opérations quotidiennes d'un restaurant en évolution rapide.
