Job description
Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an adaptable Senior Producer on behalf of our premier client in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will play an integral part in bringing high-impact corporate video communications and live studio broadcasts to life. Supporting internal communications and executive-level initiatives, you will oversee end-to-end video workflows—from pre-production planning and on-camera talent direction to post-production editing.

This is an onsite, 2-month contract opportunity based in downtown Toronto. Because our client is actively interviewing to fill this position quickly, we encourage qualified candidates to apply promptly by submitting an updated resume along with a portfolio or work samples showcasing recent video production and editing work.

Advantages
Immediate Impact: Step into a fast-paced environment where your work directly supports corporate communications and high-visibility internal broadcasts.

Turnkey Setup: Client-provided hardware and equipment to ensure you have what you need to succeed from day one.

Onsite Collaboration: Work alongside skilled team members in a vibrant downtown Toronto facility.

Dedicated Support: Onboarding and role-specific guidance provided to help you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Video Editing: Assembly and polish of raw footage into engaging video content, including sizzle reels, trailers, and full-length feature communications.

Broadcast & Production Execution: Partner with cross-functional project leads and studio teams to execute video projects and facilitate live corporate broadcasts.

Talent Guidance: Direct and coach on-camera speakers and manage studio crew members during live and pre-recorded productions.

Workflow & Asset Management: Organize production timelines, project assets, and delivery schedules to meet strict broadcast deadlines.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to translate brief requirements into visual assets aligned with organization guidelines.

Qualifications
Core Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience operating industry-standard software, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe Premiere Pro, alongside project tracking tools like Asana and standard productivity suites.

Production Proficiency: Strong foundation in core video production, editing, scheduling, and live broadcasting workflows.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a team-focused approach to direct on-camera talent and partner across departments.

Detail-Oriented & Adaptable: Proven ability to manage tight turnarounds, protect confidential materials, and deliver polished work under deadline pressure.

Language Skills (Bonus): Bilingual capabilities in French (written and verbal) are considered a strong asset.

Summary
This role offers an exciting short-term contract for a creative production professional ready to jump in and manage end-to-end corporate video projects. If your technical background in Adobe Premiere and live studio coordination aligns with this opportunity, submit your application, resume, and work samples today to be considered immediately!
