Vice President of Sales – Canada

Lead Growth in a Thriving Industry

A rapidly expanding global leader is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to drive growth across key markets in Canada. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced organization.  This role can be based in the Greater Toronto Area or Greater Montréal.

Some of what you will do in this role includes :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute long-term sales strategies, focusing on increasing profitability and delivering exceptional value to customers.
  • Team Building : Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing sales team while fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Customer Growth : Cultivate strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to refine strategies, support local innovations, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Financial Oversight : Set sales budgets, analyze financial performance, and contribute to key growth initiatives.
  • Travel : Frequent customer visits across Canada, with occasional international travel.

    • You should have the following in your background to apply :

  • Experience : 10+ years in sales or marketing, with a strong track record in driving growth and results.
  • Leadership : 5+ years of people management experience in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Skills : Exceptional negotiation, project management, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Communication : Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; SAP experience is a bonus.
