Regional Vice President – Ontario Region
Location - North Bay, Ontario
Salary - $130,000 +
Overview :
Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Vice President – Ontario Region, is responsible for the development and servicing of a profitable regional book of business ensuring that results are delivered in full compliance with corporate objectives.
Located in the North Bay office, The Regional Vice President – Ontario Region, at a regional, branch, and departmental level, is responsible for :
- Strengthening client relationships,
- Consolidating and developing business as well as efficiently managing the Toronto and North Bay branches’ day-to-day operations
- Briefing Head Office on the latest local market trends, brokers’ needs and market challenges and opportunities.
- Attracting, developing, motivating and retaining qualified employees
- Successfully developing, implementing, and adapting strategic and operational plans, budgets and optimal practices, while monitoring and evaluating the ensuing results.
