The Opportunity :
As the Administrative Assistant to the Planning and Development department, you will be at the heart of the action, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and keeping the team organized. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle essential communications, making sure everyone is informed and engaged. Your role will involve preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking key action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Whether it’s organizing documentation, updating filing systems, or preparing project reports and presentations, your work will keep everything running seamlessly.
In addition to administrative duties, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting urban development projects by supporting the team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. You will collaborate with various departments to make sure projects stay on track, helping resolve any administrative challenges that arise. Your role will also involve compiling and analyzing data for reports, assisting in the preparation of zoning, planning, and development documents, and helping maintain databases and tracking systems. Additionally, you'll play a part in budgeting and invoice tracking, further expanding your impact on the team's success.
